One Good Deed

There's something I 'd love you to try

It's not a drug, but if you try it for a few days,

You'll probably want to keep doing it for the rest of your life.

Here's the simple exercise:

At least once every day,

Try to do one good deed for someone, or even total stranger

It could be giving money to the less privileged,

It could be assisting someone you've just met online,

It could be walking into a hospital to clear the bills for a patient

It could be buying a plane ticket for a friend in Lagos who has to be in Abuja by Monday morning, but can't afford a plane ticket and has settled for going by road

Or just something in between.

The idea is to make an effort to put a smile on someone's face everyday.

Do this expecting nothing.

But do it with all your heart.

Try to make a habit of it

You'll become a much happier person.

You don't need to be a multi-millionaire to do this,

If you don't have the money, you can perform an act of service.

Like helping your friend write a business plan

Or helping your sibling dry their clothes

Or just something you know they'll appreciate.

Stay frosty

A.

P.S: There's this video on YouTube I think you'll enjoy

It's a video about... LOL

I wish I had a video to recommend to you today.

Sadly, I don't.
